U5 & U6 $120.00
U7 – U19 $135.00
Player MUST have been registered and played 50% or more of the games in Divisions U5-U19 in the FALL 2009 Season in Region 630 to be eligible
If your child is not eligible DO NOT REGISTER!
Important Information
1. Regular registration postmarked deadline is 11/30/2009. All Forms MUST be postmarked -Confirmation forms dropped off will not be honored
2. Confirmation forms postmarked after 11/30/2009 will be given the lowest priority for acceptance into the program. This pertains to everyone, including Plus players. Registered returning Plus players are not automatically guaranteed to play Spring.
3. Not everyone who registers for Spring will be chosen.
4. Registration after 11/30/2009 and registration envelopes postmarked after 11/30/2009 will be considered late and placed on teams on a space available basis, after all on-time registrations.
5. Only the players who were registered and played 50% or more of the games during the Fall 2009 season in U5-U19 in Region 630 are eligible for our Spring season.
6. IF YOU DID NOT PLAY IN THE FALL 2009 SEASON YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN SPRING.
7. The U7/8 Division may play games on weekdays and Sundays.
8. Plus players must turn in forms on-time and will not be given priority consideration for team placement if late.
9. Players who played on our Fall AYSO Plus teams must register on time to play spring. NO EXCEPTIONS.
10. Players should hear from coach by the third week of January.
11. Refund requests for the Spring season must be submitted in writing and be postmarked no later than 12/27/2009.
12. Players that drop after this date will not receive a refund.
13. Download the Refund Request form from the Forms Library on the region website
14. Please include the player's name, division, birth date and reason for dropping.
15. Full refunds will be mailed after 2/28/2010 to players that meet this deadline.
16. Drop notices to coaches/referees/board members or refund requests postmarked after 12/27/2009 will not be honored and fees not refunded.
17. Players not placed on a team by the Region will be mailed their original check after 2/28/2010.
18. Mail refund requests to AYSO Region 630, 31441 Santa Margarita Parkway, Box A-280, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688, Attn: Treasurer - Spring 08 Refund.
19. Children of volunteers that donated a substantial amount of their time to AYSO in the Fall 09 season will be given first priority when forming teams.
20. Next priority will go to children of volunteers who have committed to a specific volunteer position for the Spring 2010 season.
21. Priority is not a guarantee of team placement, but it means that all priority players are selected first.
22. An inability to perform the Spring volunteer commitment may have an impact on player acceptance for the current or future Spring seasons.
23. Saturday and Sunday availability to play games is a requirement during the Spring season.
24. The season begins in February and lasts through early May, but could extend through June if teams go to tournaments.
25. Players that are not available on both Saturday and Sunday significantly impact the team. If you expect you will have conflicts with this policy, it is best to take that into consideration when making the decision to register.
26. Some games require travel outside of Rancho Santa Margarita and possibly outside of Orange County.
27. Selection depends on parent volunteer commitments and available resources such as coaches and field space.

29. See above for Registration Fee per player – Checks must be made out to AYSO Region 630. NO CASH
30. DO NOT SEND A CHECK THAT COVERS MULTIPLE PLAYERS. The entire registration package will be returned and you run the risk of your child(ren) not getting on a team.
31. A separate check must be attached to a separate confirmation page for each registered player.
